1. Shipping Process
Our shipping process consists of two stages:
Stage 1: Items Shipped to Consolidation Warehouse
· After you pay for your item(s), we will pack and send them to our consolidation warehouse (located in China) within [1-3] business days.
· No international shipping fee is required at this stage.
Stage 2: Warehouse Measurement & Shipping Fee Collection
· Upon receiving your package, the consolidation warehouse will measure its actual weight and volumetric weight (Length × Width × Height ÷ 6000, whichever is greater), and calculate the exact international shipping cost based on your destination country/region.
· We will notify you of the specific shipping fee via WhatsApp.
· Your package will only be dispatched from the consolidation warehouse to your delivery address after you pay the shipping fee.
Important Notes:
· This "pay for items first, shipping later" method ensures you are charged the most accurate shipping cost, avoiding overestimation or underestimation.
· If you would like a shipping estimate before ordering, please let us know your country/region and the type of items. We can provide a rough reference price based on past orders (however, final cost is subject to actual measurement at the consolidation warehouse).

3. Shipping Costs
3.1 How Shipping Costs Are Calculated
· International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country/region and the package's actual weight or volumetric weight (whichever is greater).
· Volumetric weight calculation formula: Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Height(cm) ÷ 6000 = Volumetric Weight (kg)
· Shipping rates vary by destination country/region. We calculate the most accurate shipping cost based on your delivery address.
3.2 Shipping Fee Payment
· Shipping fees are paid separately (not included in the item price).
· Payment methods are the same as for item payment: PayPal, Stripe, Alipay.
· We will send you a payment link or QR code for the shipping fee via WhatsApp.
3.3 Consolidated Shipping
· If you purchase multiple items at once, we will consolidate them at the warehouse and pack them together into one shipment, so you only pay one shipping fee – saving you money.

4. Customs and Duties

· Refusal of Delivery: If a package is returned or destroyed due to the buyer refusing to pay customs charges, we will not be liable for a refund (partial refund may be considered after deducting shipping costs, depending on the situation).

6. Address Accuracy
· Please carefully verify your recipient's name, address, phone number, and postal code when placing your order.
· Changing an address for a cross-border order is costly. If a package is returned or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for the reshipping cost or loss.

7. Package Returns

· If you request reshipment, you will be responsible for both the return shipping cost and the reshipping cost (which are often higher than standard shipping).
7.2 Returns Due to Logistics Issues
· If a package is undeliverable for an extended period due to force majeure or carrier issues and is returned to us, we will discuss a solution with you (such as reshipment or refund).

8. Lost or Damaged Packages
8.1 Lost Packages
· If a package is confirmed lost in transit (exceeding estimated delivery time + 30 days), we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
· If the claim is successful, we will issue a full refund for the item cost + shipping fee (subject to the amount compensated by the carrier, which typically does not cover indirect losses).
8.2 Damaged Packages
· If the outer packaging is severely damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you refuse acceptance and request a written statement from the courier, then contact us immediately.
· If internal items are found damaged after acceptance, please contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the damage and photos of the packaging. We will file a claim or negotiate a solution based on the situation.
