1. Why do we ask where you are from?
Yukl Shop ships from China to destinations worldwide. Our customers come from many different countries. Knowing your location helps us provide accurate pricing in your local currency and calculate shipping fees accordingly.
2. Why do we ask for your height, weight, and waist measurements instead of providing a size chart?
Our products follow Chinese sizing standards, and customers from different countries may interpret size charts differently. By providing your measurements, we can recommend the most suitable size for you, minimizing the chance of ordering the wrong size. Our international customers—especially those new to Hanfu—appreciate this personalized service and often thank us for the attentive guidance.
3. Why do we ask you to screenshot the product and inquire privately about the price?
Yukl Shop offers over 1,000 product options, with new styles updated daily. Due to system limitations, we cannot always identify which specific item you are interested in. Sending a screenshot of your favorite style allows us to reply promptly with price and details.
4. Why is our reply sometimes delayed?
We serve customers across different time zones. Please allow some time for us to respond—we will get back to you as soon as possible!
5. Why is shipping calculated after placing an order, not together with the product price?
We ship from China. Your package is first sent to a consolidation warehouse, where the final shipping fee is determined based on weight and destination. This process takes 3–4 days. Once the shipping cost is confirmed, we will contact you immediately. After payment, your order will be shipped directly to your international address.
