| Q2: I’m not Chinese. Can I still wear Hanfu? |
A: Absolutely! Hanfu is for everyone — no matter your background, nationality, or body type. We have customers from the US, Europe, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and beyond. If you love it, wear it! |
| Q3: I’m plus size / petite. Do you have styles that fit me? |
A: Yes! We carry plus size Hanfu and also offer ankle‑length (eight‑tenths) Mamian skirts designed for petite frames — no dragging, just a flattering fit. DM us your measurements and we’ll help you choose! |

A: Yes! We can communicate in any language using translation tools. Please note: we don’t accept phone calls or video calls — all communication is done via text messages to keep everything clear and accurate. |

A: We accept credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer (available for Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and more). Payment options will be shown at checkout. |

A: Shipping is based on actual package weight and destination. The website shows an estimated rate at checkout. 💡 Tip: If you’re ordering multiple items, DM us for a better rate — many customers find that ordering through us directly works out cheaper than ordering on the website! |

| Q10: Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes when my package arrives? |
A: This depends on your country’s customs policy: · Malaysia: Orders over RM500 may be subject to import duties + 10% LVG |

| Q11: Can I return or exchange my order? |
A: · ❌ Size‑related returns are not accepted. That’s why we strongly recommend DMing us before you order — just send us your height, weight, and waist, and we’ll help you get the right size. |
Section 5: Wholesale & Bulk Orders
| Q12: Do you offer wholesale? |
A: Yes! If you’re a boutique owner, event organizer, dance group, or cosplay team, we offer wholesale pricing. Minimum order is 25 pieces, and you can mix styles. |
| Q13: How do I place a wholesale order? |
A: DM us with your styles and quantities, and we’ll send you a quote. For larger orders, we can arrange sea freight to save on shipping costs. |
